The Statute is the fundamental legal act that regulates the organization, governance and activity of the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”. The current Statute was approved by the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo on 11 July 2024 and replaces the 2012 Statute.
The document contains 214 articles organized into 13 chapters — defining the governing authorities, academic staff, student representation, educational and scientific activity, quality assurance and financial management of the university.
