UP and Türkiye's Kirklareli University Reach Cooperation Agreement

The University of Prishtina last week signed a memorandum of cooperation with Kirklareli University of Türkiye, as part of its ongoing efforts towards internationalization and networking.

Through this memorandum, the two partner universities have agreed to support and enhance cooperation in the academic fields of training, scientific research, institutional and curriculum development, quality assurance, and information exchange.

The signing parties also plan to facilitate student and faculty exchanges between the faculties of both universities at all three levels of study (bachelor's, master's, and doctorate), to design joint research projects, and to develop and organize seminars, training courses, and conferences.

In the meeting preceding the signing of the agreement, the leaders of the two universities committed to the dedicated implementation of all points of the memorandum, while emphasizing the great importance of such cooperations.

The memorandum was signed by the Rector of the University of Prishtina, Prof. Arben Hajrullahu, and the Rector of Kirklareli University, Prof. Rengin Ak.

Kirklareli University offers studies in the fields of economics, technology, engineering, tourism, law, medicine, architecture, etc., and admits over 20,000 new students annually.
