University of Prishtina Welcomes Delegation from Bosch Rexroth AG – Cooperation Opportunities in Hydraulics Discussed

A delegation from the Germany-based global company Bosch Rexroth AG visited the Rectorate of the University of Prishtina today to explore collaboration opportunities.  

The delegation from this corporation consisted of:  Steffen Haack, CEO and CTO of Bosch Rexroth,  Mark Krieg, Vice President of Development in the Industrial Hydraulics Business Unit,  Artur Virt, Software Development Director in the Industrial Hydraulics Business Unit,  Christian Joop, Director of Engineering Excellence, and  Zarife Wiesler, Marketing Director.

The distinguished guests were welcomed by Prof. Avni Hajdari, Vice-Rector for Scientific Research, Projects, and Innovation, and Prof. Albana Berisha Qehaja, Vice-Rector for Budget, Finance, and Cooperation with Public and Private Sectors.  

During the meeting, Vice-Rector Hajdari presented the company’s senior officials with the history, current standing, and outstanding achievements of the University of Prishtina, the highest-ranked educational institution on international platforms among all Albanian-language universities in the regions where Albanians reside.  

The senior officials of Bosch Rexroth AG expressed interest in cooperation in the field of hydraulics, noting that they globally partner with over 100 universities. Following the meeting, the delegation visited the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Prishtina.
