Call for Applications – University of Sydney International Scholarships (MSc/PhD)
The University of Sydney, one of Australia’s leading universities, has opened applications for the University of Sydney International Stipend Scholarship, a fully funded opportunity for international students wishing to pursue a Master’s by Research or a PhD.
Scholarship Benefits:
- Full tuition fee coverage
- Annual stipend of AUD 41,753 (2025 rate), indexed annually, including limited paid leave (sick, parental, maternity)
- Duration: Up to 2 years for Master’s by Research; up to 3.5 years for PhD
- Fields of Study: All research areas available at the University of Sydney
- Eligibility: Open to international students of all nationalities
Eligibility Requirements:
- Hold (or have applied for) an unconditional offer of admission to a Master’s by Research or PhD program at the University of Sydney, or be currently enrolled.
- Demonstrated academic excellence and strong research potential.
- Meet the University’s English language requirements.

- Apply for admission to a Master’s by Research or PhD program at the University of Sydney.
- Complete the scholarship application by the relevant deadline.
- Submit applications via the Sydney Courses platform including all required documents (academic transcripts, research proposal, referee reports, etc.).
