THE UNIVERSITY OF PRISHTINA CONTINUES TO BE THE LEADER OF ALBANIAN SPEAKING UNIVERSITIES

After the publication of the latest data from “Webometrics Ranking of World Universities” (Webometrics ranking of Universities of the world) of the last edition, June 2018, the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina” is ranked again as the best University amongst the Albanian Universities in the region.

In the latest ranking of Webometrics, UP has risen for more than 800 places since 2017.

With this occasion, Prof. Dr. Marjan Dema, the Rector of UP, congratulates and thanks the students, members of the academic and administrative staff, leading and management bodies of UP as well as internal and external partners who have contributed to the enhancement of the quality and image of the University of Prishtina in the field of high education in the world.

Web Ranking or Webometrics is the largest academic ranking of higher education institutions, which is conducted every six months for all universities of the world by the Cybometrics Lab (Spanish National Research Council, CSIC).
