THE TRAINING OF THE ADVANCED LEVEL “PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF TEACHING IN HIGH EDUCATION”, ORGANIZED BY THE CENTER FOR TEACHING EXCELLENCE IS COMPLETED

On 20th and 21st of September, 2018, the advanced level of training “Planning and implementation of teaching in high education” was held. It was organized by the Centre for Teaching Excellence of the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”. The two-day training, organized in the Faculty of Education’s master classroom and realized by internationally certified from CTE (QPM) trainers, was attended by 20 professors and assistants from various Academic Units of the UP.

Through this training, the attendees broadened their knowledge on the different contemporary ideas and approaches regarding to teaching and learning, as well as through practical work they demonstrated their abilities in applying the gained knowledge in the elementary and advanced level of the training with their Academic Units’ students during their daily teaching jobs.

In the last week of September, on 27th and 28th, the training will also be attended by a group of teachers, regular UP staff, who have already been certified on the elementary level and from a large number of people who were interested; these teachers have been selected for the advanced level training.

The Centre for Teaching Excellence will be organizing elementary and advanced level trainings in continuity, as well as other specific trainings, always in accordance with its mission and in aiming to advance and transform teaching in the UP, hereby improving the student results.
