RECTOR DEMA SENDS CONDOLENCES TO THE LUMI FAMILY

Dear Lumi Family,

We received with deep sorrow the news that professor Bekim Lumi is not among us anymore. The early separation from life of the distinguished actor and stage manager is a great loss for his family and friends, students and colleagues of the University of Prishtina, art lovers and all citizens of Kosova.

Professor Lumi will continue to live in the minds of the students and his work will live long among his colleagues who will continue to get inspired from his creativity, art, and work.

We are proud that we had the chance to have professor Lumi as part of our University’s academic staff. Therefore all of us, his friends, family and students, will always keep the memories we had with professor Bekim, while keeping alive the way of his work and action.

Let me express the most sincere condolences on behalf of the governing bodies, students, academic and administrative staff of UP!

May we always remember professor Lumi!
