RECTOR DEMA SENDS CONDOLENCES TO THE DEMAÇI FAMILY

Dear Demaçi Family,

We received with deepest sorrow the news of the passing away of the Albanian national cause activist, our guide, Adem Demaçi.

Undoubtedly, the work of Baca Adem will leave eternal traces in the Albanian society, whereas his name will be unforgettable and always meaningful. His literary as well as political works will be remembered for centuries by the students and the staff of the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”.

He was the most unique symbol of national resistance, whose name took the embodiment of love for the motherland as well as of true courage above anyone else. During these days of grief, our hearts and our minds will be with your family and friends.

Let me express the most sincere condolences on behalf of the students, the academic and administrative staff of UP.
